Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• fulfillment of a contract concluded through an e-shop - the purpose is the contractual agreement between the client and the administrator;

• processing of accounting and taxes within the organization - the purpose is the legal obligation of the administrator under the law;

• protection of the rights of the administrator - it is the legitimate interest of the administrator to retain data for the purpose of inspection by public authorities or for potential legal disputes.

Time of personal data storage:

For the purposes of financial accounting, data is stored according to legal regulations for 10 years from the first processing. For the purpose of protecting the rights of the administrator, the administrator will keep the data for 1 year after the statute of limitations or the end of a legal dispute. For the purpose of fulfilling a contract via an e-shop, data is processed for 2 years for potential complaints, if there is no further sale. Clients of the e-shop have the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data: - The client has the right to know the specific personal data that the administrator processes, as well as the source from which the administrator obtained the personal data. All other information to which the client is entitled is provided in this document. This includes the purposes of processing, recipients of personal data, planned storage duration of personal data, as mentioned above. - The client has the right to obtain a copy of their processed personal data. The first copy is free, and an administrative fee is charged for each additional copy. - The client can exercise the right to data portability for e-shop purposes. In such cases, the e-shop operator will provide the client with their data in a commonly used and machine-readable format, or transfer this data to another administrator if requested. - The client has the right to promptly correct inaccurate personal data related to them. Considering the purposes of processing, the client has the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement. - The client has the right to erasure of personal data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. The same right applies if the administrator processes data unlawfully. If a client objects to processing where the administrator relies on legitimate interests and there are no overriding reasons for processing, the client still has the right to erasure. When it is possible to object to processing, see below. The client has the right to request the administrator to restrict processing in any of the following cases: - the client disputes the accuracy of personal data; - processing is unlawful, and the client requests restriction of their use instead of erasure; - the administrator no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but the client requires them for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; - the client has objected to processing until it is verified whether the legitimate grounds of the administrator override the client's legitimate grounds (see below). The client has the right to object to processing for the purpose of protecting the rights of the administrator. The client has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection. Note: Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations during processing. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling. More information about client rights is available on the website of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
