Information on the processing of personal data for E-shop clients

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• fulfillment of the contract concluded via the e-shop - the purpose is a contractual agreement between the client and the administrator;

• processing of accounting and taxes within the organization - the purpose is the legal obligation of the administrator by law;

• protection of the administrator's rights - the administrator's legitimate interest is to keep data in case of control by public authorities or in case of litigation.

Personal data storage time:

For financial accounting purposes, data are stored in accordance with legal regulations for 10 years from the first processing. For the purposes of protecting the rights of the controller, the controller will keep the data for 1 year after the expiry of the limitation period or litigation. For the purpose of fulfilling the contract via the e-shop, data are processed for a period of 2 years due to a possible complaint, if there is no further sale.


Rights of e-shop clients in the field of processing their personal data:

- The client has the right to know the specific personal data that the administrator processes, as well as from what source the administrator obtained personal data. All other information to which he is entitled is given in this document. These are the purposes of processing, the recipient of personal data, the planned time of storage of personal data, see above.

- The client has the right to obtain a copy of his processed personal data. The first copy is free, for each additional one is charged an administrative fee.

- For the purposes of the e-shop, the client may exercise the right to data portability. In such a case, the e-shop operator will pass on the client's data in a commonly used and machine-readable format, or pass this data to another administrator, if the entity so requests.

- The client has the right to have the administrator correct inaccurate personal data concerning him without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the client has the right to supplement incomplete personal data, even by providing an additional statement.

- The client has the right to delete personal data if they are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. Likewise, the same right applies if the controller processes the data illegally. If the client raises an objection to processing, where the administrator invokes his legitimate interests and there are no overriding reasons for processing, even in this case, the client has the right to delete. When it is possible to object to processing, see below.


The client has the right for the administrator to restrict processing in any of the following cases:

- the client denies the accuracy of personal data;
- the processing is illegal and the client refuses to delete the personal data and requests instead that their use be restricted;
- the controller no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but the client requests them for the determination, enforcement or defense of legal claims;
- the client has objected to the processing until it is verified that the administrator's legitimate reasons outweigh the client's legitimate reasons (see below).

The client has the right to object to the processing in order to protect the rights of the administrator.
The client has the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Note: No personal data is transferred to third countries or international organizations during processing. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?

If you add a comment to our site, you can allow the storage of names, email addresses and websites in cookies. In this way, we try to increase your comfort, when you write a new comment, you will not have to fill in this information again. These cookies will have a lifespan of one year.
